Nights at home and hot chocolate

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Hershey’s Cocoa
dash salt
1 package powdered milk
4 cups water
dash vanilla extract
i love you mom olivia
mix dry ingredients together in a pot, add water and heat to boiling, simmer a couple minutes. remove from heat, add vanilla, finish with heavy cream and serve.
