Julia and Jacque: A study in ‘being right – no matter what’ and how to make a great sandwich.

I’ve recently come across this bit of culinary history and in addition to being highly entertaining (Julia keeps ‘improving’ upon Jacques’s process before she’s really aware of what he had in mind and, even when she finds out, she just doesn’t care. It’s a study in being vested in being right!) it’s also a really great hero sandwich.
